Goals:

This program was developed for oncology healthcare professionals to provide the latest information on the continuing need for better management of chemotherapy induced nausea. Content will cover the scientific data as well as the incidence and impact on quality of life with a personal touch from people living with cancer. This activity will enrich the oncology healthcare provider’s contribution to quality healthcare by offering new information to enhance patient outcomes.

Objectives:

  • Describe the perception of chemotherapy induced nausea (CIN) from people living with cancer.
  • Identify the impact of CIN on quality of life.
  • Discuss insights from the experts (people living with cancer) to prevent and manage CIN.
